Mario Valerio Nocenzi
CEO
Mario Valerio Nocenzi began his career in Shanghai in the marketing department of Natuzzi Asia Pacific, while pursuing a degree in Management at Bocconi University. He worked for Vodafone and then for Philip Morris, dealing with brand and consumer engagement: for five years he followed the Marlboro brand and then he was part of the very first Italian market launch team for IQOS. He is responsible for events and public relations for IQOS in Rome, then in the south-central region, and finally nationally.
In 2020, he founded We Are MOD, Italy’s first company offering on-demand marketing to small and medium-sized businesses. In 2022, the proposition is enriched with the birth of MOD Creative Group, which, in addition to We Are Mod for SMEs, offers brand design, event and PR services, as well as experience and itineraries (Corinna Turati) and video production (RecMOD).
He is passionate about art, music, hospitality and the territory, (with a special mention for his Castelli Romani). He is a member of the Scientific Committee of Heritage Foundation Italy and Accademia Symposium.
He has been National Coordinator of UNESCO Youth in Italy and a lecturer in marketing at Rome Business School.
Evangel Soulitsiotis

Born and raised in Greece, his first degree was in English literature and American pop culture at Aristotle University. He has worked on creating identities and projects ranging from fashion to interior design, art and music. And, of course, at the beginning of college, as a waiter. Icing on the cake: an MBA in political marketing.
And as they say, all roads lead to Rome. Here it is. With a disruptive and innovative approach. Always passionate about storytelling, brand identity, poetry, original campaign concepts, brand strategy, design, visual identity, jazz and pesto.
If you ask him what he does, he will tell you that, basically, he is pitching ideas and creating dreams.
Nicholas Buccolieri
Brand Designer
Born in Rome, always fascinated by drawing, comics and art in general, he earned a degree in product design and moved to the beautiful city of Florence, where he discovered two new passions: teaching Florentines to cook carbonara and graphic design.
In Florence, he majored in graphic & system design and had the opportunity to organize the first events-exhibitions open to the public in university neighborhoods.
His provocative nature led him to develop an approach to design that aims to break contemporary paradigms, bringing attention to the beauty of details and the creation of lasting projects.
Black belt of short, productive brainstorms and ideas that often come to him at the least opportune times.
Matilde Ortolano D'Accardi
Copywriter and team coordinator
Every creative group has its own word freak; Matilde is ours. Born in 1988, her early passion for books, dance and theater led her to graduate in acting from none other than the Silvio D’Amico Academy.
She has been working as a playwright for more than 10 years, seeing her texts staged by small venues and large theaters around Italy.
She has also been an actress, director, screenwriter, bookseller and event organizer, going so far as to curate the artistic direction of the Libreria Teatro in Rome for Tlon.
She studied publishing at Oblique Studio and, not paying, also took a master’s degree in theater, fashion and digital arts.
She discovered copywriting while working three years as an author and translator for Freeda, also becoming a cross country editor (Italy, Spain, UK). Volcanic and ironic, she loves dogs, herbal teas and vintage clothes. You will always find her armed with a smile and a thesaurus.
Francis Cianfarani
Digital Strategist
Francesco Cianfarani began his journey in London, where he studied journalism, creative writing and communications at the London School of Journalism.
After this experience, in 2014 he founded the online magazine The Roman Post in Rome, which in less than a year became (and still is) the most read blog by Romans under 45, with more than 500 thousand monthly readers and 350 thousand followers on social media.
From The Roman Post was born the communications agency Core, of which he is CEO & founder. Over the years, he has collaborated with brands such as Amazon, PayPal, Deliveroo, Satispay, Eataly, Medusa Film, Rai Cinema, Aperol, Lucky Red, and 01 Distribution.
He is editorial director of four newspapers in addition to The Roman Post, has written three books and hundreds of publications in newspapers (Repubblica, Il Messaggero, La Nuova Sardegna, Il Corriere dello Sport, Match Point among others), has lectured in dozens of schools and at Roma Tre and Luiss universities.
Claudia Spinato

She is from the Veneto region, but the Mediterranean blood of the Sorrento peninsula runs through her veins.
With a background in the humanities, she studied foreign languages and literature in high school and took a bachelor’s and master’s degree in philosophy in Venice, falling madly in love with the city.
She can hardly sit still: she has worked in communication and digital (her passions) first for art galleries and then in communication agencies, but also as an educator during the summer seasons. To crown his aspirations after graduation, a master’s degree in Digital Marketing.
Passions? Writing, art, content creation, social media management & strategy, travel, good food and Mediterranean life. When she is not working you will find her immersed in writing some new article, walking through museums or exploring new countries.
Mattia Brumana

Everyone should have a Mattia on their team: he climbed the mountains at Milan State University, managed real estate companies, created bars, invented brands, conceived and founded pro bono associations, until he met with We are mod, dazzlingly, where he put energy and heart.
Social Media Manager, fueled by coffee and sarcasm. Manages social media strategy, implementation and execution, with an eye always open to updates and new technologies. It always fits the style of the brand it manages and creates unique profiles.

Lorenzo Colombo
Film Director
Class of 95, he was born and raised in an environment filled with artistic influences that allowed him to become passionate about art but especially photography.
All of this led him to embark on a path, first scholastic then artistic, marked by a quest for beauty, unbridled and unstoppable experimentation with colors sounds and images. His process full of creativity had as a natural consequence the discovery of film-making, in which he found the tool to channel all his influences into one expressive language, and with which he began a real love affair.
His training began in Belgium, in Liege, where he received an excellent foundation of technical-theoretical knowledge, which was further deepened during his graduate course in photography at LABA, Libera Accademia di Belle Arti di Brescia. The work feedback was fast: thus began collaborations with several communication agencies between Milan, Modena, London and Frankfurt and in the US with Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz and many others, making commercials, documentaries, interviews and numerous promotional videos for social media.
Riccardo Freschi
Film Maker
Riccardo, video prodigy: he has been making videos since he was just 11 years old!
He is a child of the arts with a fixation on electronic music, but he spans many passions. His spirit of adventure leads him to play every sport in existence, even better if extreme.
You can find him in Reggio Emilia, his home base, but there are more days when he lives between Milan, Paris and several other European destinations.
His skills? Fashion, art, motors and (of course) sports. In short, he doesn’t miss a thing.
Matthew Cinelli
Film Maker
He was born to live and tell the most beautiful stories. His favorite place to do this is around a fire, somewhere deep in a mountain, possibly reached aboard his beloved RV. His room has seen every place: from secret lakes, to wild forests, to the “dolce vita” style rides of car collectors.
Brescia blood: starts in Gardone Val Trompia and travels the world participating in productions with big brands such as Ferrari, Ducati, Disney, to name a few.
His passion for videomaking has made him grow as an artist and allowed him to discover new opportunities at every step of the “climb.”

Our guide in the matrix of websites: he was born in Rome, but grew up among online codes.
A graduate in new media design with a passion for web design, he started his work experience from an event-but that’s a long story for another time!
You can find him always awake, for some strange reason, and behind every one of our websites. If he is not drowning in words like html, UX, UI, IP, etc., he is riding his motorcycle somewhere in the wilderness.
